If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund. No hoops, no hidden fees.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery
- You must provide your order number and the email used at purchase
- Product condition: We do not require unused/sealed product. We understand you need to try it to know if it works for you.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at our personalized email allenbiz.stores@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #XXXX"
- Include your order number and a brief reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with next steps
Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
- Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear
Return Shipping
For most refund requests, you do not need to return the product. We'll process the refund directly. In cases where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery
- Claims of non-delivery without supporting evidence when tracking confirms delivery to your provided address (please file a claim with the carrier in these cases — we will assist)
