Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • You must provide your order number and the email used at purchase
  • Product condition: We do not require unused/sealed product. We understand you need to try it to know if it works for you.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and a brief reason (optional, helps us improve)
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with next steps

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
  • Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear

Return Shipping

For most refund requests, you do not need to return the product. We'll process the refund directly. In cases where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery
  • Claims of non-delivery without supporting evidence when tracking confirms delivery to your provided address (please file a claim with the carrier in these cases — we will assist)
