Where We Ship From
All orders ship from our United States warehouse. We do not ship from overseas.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Most US orders arrive within 4-7 business days total from order date.

- No minimum purchase required
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Tracking links go directly to USPS or the carrier's official website — never to a third-party tracking page.
If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at our personalized email person allenbiz.stores@gmail.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us immediately. We will either:
- File a carrier investigation on your behalf, or
- Send a replacement at no additional cost
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mailroom
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" prematurely)
- If still missing, contact us at our personalized email person allenbiz.stores@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it
